Discovery Call

Before we build anything, we get on a call and look at what you’ve actually got — your content, your site, your booking flow, your current follow-up. You’ll walk away with a clear picture of what’s working, what’s costing you leads, and whether we’re the right fit. No pitch deck.

Strategy & Build

We map out a content system, build your GHL website and funnel, and set up the automations — DM triggers, pipeline stages, Conversation AI — around your specific offers and price points. Nothing generic, nothing copy-pasted from another client.

Launch

Content starts going out on your posting schedule. Automations go live. From day one, every DM and lead gets a response in minutes, not whenever someone gets around to checking the inbox.

Optimize

Every month, we look at what’s actually converting — which content, which offers, which parts of the funnel — and adjust. This isn’t a set-it-and-walk-away arrangement.

Before you book

A few things people usually ask.

What if I’m already working with someone?

That’s fine — most of our clients come to us mid-contract or right after one ends. We’ll build around whatever content or systems are worth keeping and replace what isn’t.

What if my content isn’t ready, or I don’t have much of a following yet?

That’s normal, not a dealbreaker. Most of what we build — the automation, the funnel, the follow-up system — works independently of follower count. Content is one input, not the whole system.

How long until I see results?

It depends on your starting point, so we won’t throw out a number that doesn’t mean anything. What we can tell you: automation changes your response time on day one. Content and booking trends build from there.

Do you work with clinics outside the US?

No — we work exclusively with US-based med spas and aesthetic clinics. It’s the one thing we do, and we do it for one type of business.
